ITINERARY

Gangtok: Welcome to Gangtok

    After picking you up at the Bagdogra Airport/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, our representative will take you to your accommodation. Register at the reception when you arrive, then unwind for a while. You are free to relax on the first day of your Gangtok tour. Explore the neighborhood markets or indulge in delicious Tibetan cuisine. To conclude your first day of your North East Gangtok vacation, return to the hotel after a productive day.

Gangtok : Enjoy sightseeing

    After enjoying a filling breakfast in the morning, spend the entire day exploring Gangtok. People from all walks of life are welcome to visit Gangtok's many attractions. Visit the Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, and Hanuman Tok to begin your Gangtok sightseeing tour. From there, you can take in the breathtaking Himalayan scenery. You can also visit the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which is closed on Sundays but contains an amazing collection of Tibetan antiques and old manuscripts, and Do Drul Chorten, the largest stupa in Sikkim. Visit Mall Road and the Institute of Handicrafts & Handlooms (closed on Sundays) to purchase mementos. Spend the night at your Gangtok hotel.

Darjeeling: To the scenic expanses of Darjeeling

    Gallivant away to Darjeeling in the morning. On your Sikkim Darjeeling vacation package from Delhi, take in the delightful scent of tea as you travel along the winding roads to this quaint little West Bengali hill town. After completing the simple check-in procedures at your hotel, proceed to your room. Enjoy some restful sleep at the hotel to round off the third day of your thrilling trip.

Darjeeling: Local Sightseeing Tour

    With this Sikkim trip package from Delhi, you will get up early and travel to Tiger Hill for a breathtaking glimpse of the Himalayas. As the sun rises over the mountain range, observe the world's third-highest peak, the Kanchendzonga, change from pink to gold. When you're on your way back, be sure to visit the Batasia Loop War Memorial, which honors Gurkha soldiers who were killed, and the 135-year-old Ghoom Monastery. Stop by one of the tea booths and sip on some steaming Darjeeling tea. Return to your hotel for a quick rest and breakfast. Explore the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute later in the day (closed Thursday). Take your children to the Tibetan Refugee Center (closed on Sundays) and the Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (closed on Thursdays) for a very remarkable experience. Browse and purchase beautiful trinkets at the Mall Road market. Late in the evening, head back to your hotel for dinner and spend the night there. Give thanks to this sacred location.

Darjeeling: Goodbye to Darjeeling

    After breakfast, do the check-out procedures and head to the NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport to depart for your next destination while reminiscing about your North East vacation.
